Kinora ("we", "us", or "the app") helps families capture and share memories — photos, videos, voice notes, and stories. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Kinora, you agree to the practices described here.
When you create an account or sign in (with email, Google, or Apple), we collect your email address and basic profile details such as your display name and, if you add one, a profile photo.
We store the memories you add — photos, videos, audio recordings, text notes, tags, dates, and the names of people you tag — so they can be saved and shared with the family members you choose.
If you choose to attach a place to a memory, we collect the location you select or your device location to label that memory. This is optional and only used when you add a place.
To deliver push notifications we process a device messaging token. We also collect limited diagnostic and usage information to operate the app, keep it reliable, and improve features.
Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We process a purchase receipt to verify and activate your subscription.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Storage) and is protected by access rules and industry-standard safeguards. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to protect your information against unauthorized access.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can export your memories or delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account). Deleting your account removes your associated data from our systems, subject to limited retention required by law.
Kinora is intended for adults who manage a family space. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Content about family members is added by the adult account holder.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise many of these directly in the app, or contact us using the details below.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where our service providers operate. We rely on those providers' safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.

Kinora, bir aile alanını yöneten yetişkinler içindir. 13 yaş (veya ülkenizdeki asgari yaş) altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Aile üyelerine ilişkin içerik yetişkin hesap sahibi tarafından eklenir.
Yaşadığınız yere bağlı olarak kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, dışa aktarma veya silme haklarınız olabilir. Bunların çoğunu doğrudan uygulamada kullanabilir ya da aşağıdaki adresten bize ulaşabilirsiniz.

Bu Gizlilik Politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürümü burada yayımlar ve yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz.
